When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate the process.

How should I care for my Fangamer apparel?
To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat, or air drying.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or fails to show up, please reach out to us immediately. We stand by our products and will work to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
